We only use state of the art scanning, imaging, and retrieval technology to serve our clients. Our scanning equipment includes multiple Bell & Howell Spectrum scanners. We use the industry's most advanced production scanners for color, bitonal and grayscale scanning. Our technology is among the first production scanning equipment to include Kofax's VirtualReScan (VRS) image enhancement technology.

Our equipment delivers superior optical character recognition (OCR), intelligent character recognition (ICR) and barcode recognition rates.

We use award-winning automated data entry software from AnyDoc and Captiva. Our advanced process identifies, extracts and perfects data from virtually any type of form and exports this data into back-end databases and document management systems.

This process allows us to export data and images as XML, PDF, HTML, ASCII and Word to ODBC-compliant databases and many leading content management, storage and retrieval applications.

Once documents have been imported or scanned into the system, we implement a rigorous, fully automated image cleanup process. Image cleanup may involve de-speckling, “noise reduction,” de-skewing, page orientation and border removal, as well as fourteen other image pre-processing functions.
