The Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance is a regional community and economic development organization in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and provides innovative high quality services that improve the economy of the region and the quality of life of its constituents. NEPA is one of seven regional agencies called Local Development Districts (LDDs). LDDs help to coordinate community and economic development activities in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
