All
client source documents are first
scanned using state-of-the-art
document scanners. Data is then
extracted using text recognition
methodologies. When required, we
utilize the services of a certified
document destruction firm to dispose
of client source documents, thus
further insuring documents do not
fall into the wrong hands.
Our
keying and text verification are
performed from image on a private
network. Nothing ever leaves our
servers. Images, data, and all
processing stays on the central
servers. Data entry operators and
imaging technicians do not have
the ability to print or download
images or data.
Various technical control and logging mechanisms are in place to audit, enforce, and monitor privacy as information is processed. PC Data also utilizes the services of a certified document destruction firm to dispose of client source documents when required as per client specifications.
